Initially, we were contractors in major civil engineering works and accountant in a multinational retail. With our 3 children, managing the company and time spent in our travel, our schedule was just insane. One day, we did what many people dream to do, ie change of life. We liquidated our company, sold our house to launch headlong into a new adventure, to become winemakers. We turned our passion to profession. In 2003, we acquired the vineyard in order to continue its operation. To achieve this, we are surrounded by very competent people in this field. We followed courses available on the subject, traveled in wine-producing countries in addition to being immersed in the many reading about wine. Today, we are living proof that it is possible to realize our dreams.
Fortunately, we had a solid background in administration and business management. With the hiring of a head of culture with fifteen years of experience in the vineyards of western Canada, we set up a plan for growing vine, which today is beneficial to the entire culture. The arrival of two young french oenologists helped to structure the main phases of winemaking from the harvest to bottling. Finally, with the help of wine lovers and the public, we have created a warm and friendly atmosphere at the cellar during the tasting and selling of our products.
