The vineyard land runs from the St-Laurent River to the middle of "Isle d'Orléans". Located at the entrance of Ste-Pétronille village, it is 25 hectares wide. 5 of them are used for vine growing. 75% are areas of crops which includes 5 hectares of vines under cultivation. A lofty forest occupies 25% .
There is, the residence of the owners, chai and the vault in the basement and the former farm building. A tasting room, gift shop, terrace with a magnificent scenery of the vineyard, the St. Lawrence River and Montmorency Falls.
